i think they should be put in jail. and put into group tharapy for sexual ofanders. i think they should be on a close woch wean they get out too. and they should wear some kinda name tag or something to let the parants of kids know.and this will hapin after the frist ofance major or miner. i think the countery should realy ckeak doen on this.
